1987 Austin Rover Mini Mayfair in Flame red has only covered a mere 2,000 miles from new and is only a two owner car last changing custodian in 1990 It is based on a 998 cc carburettor mini . This outstanding example was been owned by one lady owner for the last 35 years. I bought it from her estate in 2023 and originally thought about keeping for our own collection. It has been dry stored and in a heated garaged from new and has now covered just 2300 miles. The condition is ‘time warp’, and all of the paint is factory original and in lovely, original condition. It has been loved by its owners and treated as one of the family. It is very rare to find examples like this with the grey bumpers still in excellent condition. I have the complete book pack, both sets of keys and all of the paperwork.the car will undergo complete recommissioning for its next custodian 12 months mot service.there is no mot history as the car was taken off road and dry stored for many years.it also wears the supplying dealer sticker and number plates.
This must be one of the very best remaining examples of this super rare mini.you just don’t find examples like this not to be repeated again.
